根据《砂劳越报告》引述部分反贪会内部的调查文件，内容揭露反贪会正在调查一宗沙巴伐木贪腐案，一名被指是慕沙阿曼代理人的谢姓男子，2008年在香港被捕，他被控企图私下携带1600万新币出境。
揭弊组织“砂拉越报告”今天再度爆料，
宣称沙巴首长慕沙阿曼两名儿子以伐木非法佣金留学澳洲。
该份揭弊报告的指控是非常严重的，这将严重导致国阵失去执政诚信。
According to the Sarawak report, the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) investigating on the S$16 million cash smuggling case in Hong Kong had concluded that the Sabah Chief Minister Musa Aman had corruptly issued timber licences to his brother Foreign Minister Anifah Aman worth RM400 millions. However, the Federal Attorney-General Abdul Gani Patail has refused to pursue the case.
